No, at this time we do not offer any payment plans. However, the total cost of membership plans is paid on a monthly basis for the duration of the term.
When doctors contract with insurance companies, they give up control over what care gets covered — and they're forced to see far more patients just to make ends meet, but more importantly, it compromises care. Not getting enough time with their doctor (or not even seeing them at all) is a very common reason that Dr Worley sees patients. Personalized, precision medicine can’t be practiced in 15-minute appointments. For standard lab testing, most can still bill their insurance if they have out-of-network coverage. However, Dr Worley has negotiated direct-pay rates with LabCorp that are often lower than a deductible or copay would be anyway. Some specialty labs may not be covered by your insurance. We recommend contacting your insurance company to verify your deductible and out-of-network lab benefits before testing. While we're happy to provide itemized invoices and any documentation needed for reimbursement, each patient is ultimately responsible for understanding their individual coverage and submitting claims if desired.
Many of our patients have one or several chronic disease diagnoses and are tired of adding more prescription medications to reduce symptoms and are ready to address root causes. These include autoimmune conditions, diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, thyroid disorders, inflammatory bowel disease, and mood disorders, among others. Many are able to reduce or eliminate medications over time, though always in coordination with their primary care physician or specialist(s). However we also see patients who “just don’t feel right” in spite of normal lab testing results from another practice. These patients often struggle with fatigue, brain fog, insomnia, or mood issues that conventional testing hasn't explained. We use advanced diagnostic tools to uncover the underlying dysfunction driving these symptoms.
Our treatment focuses on lifestyle intervention: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and healthy relationships. We may prescribe targeted supplements and botanicals to support your body's healing based on your individual lab findings and needs. Prescription medication is used when appropriate, depending on disease severity and symptom burden.
Your treatment plan is directed by your goals and preferences within the context of what's safe and effective for your specific health concerns. We invest time in building a trusting relationship—it's one of the most powerful tools for healing and long-term success.
No, Dr. Worley's practice is limited to functional medicine consultation and counseling; he works collaboratively with your primary care physician (PCP). You'll need to maintain a relationship with a PCP for annual wellness exams and preventive care, acute illness, and urgent needs. Our practice model focuses on extended appointments for root-cause investigation and chronic disease management. We cannot manage emergency requests, same-day issues, or after-hours care—having an established PCP ensures you have comprehensive coverage for all your healthcare needs.
